Welcome to Slumber.

You will be notified via the email you used to sign up of any preparatory instructions that are in addition to those listed below...

For online Slumber gatherings, you’ll receive the zoom link the day of the event.

If you are attending an in-person Slumber, we suggest you bring the following items:

  • Sleep set up: The floor will be wood and mattress pads combined with yoga mats are recommended as well as a sleeping bag and pillow.

  • Eye cover and ear plugs

  • Journal and drawing materials such as markers, pens or color pencils

  • Stones or objects for walking the 8. Please familiarize yourself with walking the 8 before attending.

  • Comfortable clothes to move in

  • Comfortable clothes to sleep in (you will not have privacy as you sleep, please bring pajamas - extra points for footy pajamas ;)

  • A water bottle and snacks if you think you’ll need them. We’ll offer light snacks and tea in the evening and a simple breakfast in the morning. Please come having eaten dinner as dinner will not be served.
