PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET FOR AN EVENT OR SIGNING UP FOR YOUR NEXT SESSION:

Late Policy:

For workshops, please arrive early! 
We do not allow late entry after 15 minutes. If you believe you will be late, please email ahead or call 802.870.0361
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice and cannot enter the room be it virtual or in person, you will not be refunded for the event.

Sessions:
Your practitioner will wait for you to arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time.  
If you are 30 minutes late, the session will be cancelled with no refund.

Session cancellation and rescheduling policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please email schoolofliminalarts@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments missed, not cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame will be charged in full.

If you cancel through the Acuity app please send an additional email to schoolofliminalarts@gmail.com to receive your credit.

Single day Workshop policy: 

If you cannot attend a workshop you signed up for, please cancel 72 hours in advance of the workshop to use the full amount of the workshop cost towards a future workshop. Cancellations within a 72 hour period cannot be credited. Please note our retreat, trainings or full weekend workshop policy is different and noted below.

Trainings Policy:  

50% of the fees are refundable up to two weeks before the start date.
Anything canceled with less than 2 weeks to the start date, we offer a 50% account credit towards other offerings. 

Retreats Policy/Full Weekend Workshop: 
50% of retreat fee is non-refundable; remainder of fee is refundable until 2 weeks before retreat start date. Before cancellation, please consider that many workshops require much advanced planning, teacher minimum fees, travel fees for the teacher and much advanced planning.
No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the start date. We do not refund for travel fees under any circumstances, even delay of events.
